Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday only. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

During busy holiday seasons, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What happens if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

Victori’Ahh’s Vanity is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms successful delivery.

No. For health and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or worn lash and cosmetic products are not eligible for return.

Are sale items refundable?

Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Are your lashes reusable?

How do I care for my lashes?

  • Avoid pulling on the lash fibers

  • Remove excess adhesive carefully

  • Keep them clean and dry

  • Store them in their original packaging when not in use

  • Avoid sleeping, swimming, or showering while wearing reusable strip lashes unless the specific product is designed for extended wear

Do you offer magnetic lashes?

Yes. Victori’Ahh’s Vanity carries magnetic lash options in addition to traditional strip lashes and DIY lash products.
