Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Victori’Ahh’s Vanity. If something isn’t right, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request an eligible return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unopened

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal-care products are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at victoriahhs.vanity@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, used, worn, or removed from their original protective packaging.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • False eyelashes and lash products that have been opened or used

  • Makeup and cosmetic products that have been opened or used

  • Personal-care or beauty products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Earrings or other items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once worn

  • Gift cards

Final-sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
